This is a small native hunting and habitation site I went to check out. It is along a prehistoric deer migration route. Native Americans set up a long rock wall to use as a blind and channel deer into a canyon where they could ambush them from above.
The site is covered in flakes left over from spear and arrow point manufacturing. It is interesting to note that none of the petroglyphs or pictographs in the canyon are of deer.
