This is a small mine out in the East Mojave. History is vague on this prospect but it is probably old and reworked a few times. The mine consists of a few short adits, one with a winze filled with crystal clear water, and a small stope.

Outside the mine, is a tin-roofed dugout shack. The walls are long gone, but they could have been canvas. You can see some canvas still hanging from the ceiling. A crude stove and cabinet remain. Two concrete cisterns for the mine’s water supply sit across the wash.

Springtime is a fantastic time to be out in the desert.
